1. Ganas Ventures what we do: we invest in pre-seed and seed community-driven companies headquartered in the US & Latin America.

   • Current/Future Corporate structures: Delaware C Corps, Cayman Islands Holding Co above Delaware LLC
   • Valuation: we only look at companies with post-money valuations ≦$5M if Pre-Seed and ≦$10M if Seed
   • Company type: we're not a good fit for physical product companies
   • Timeline: we're not a good fit if you're closing your raise within the next week

   • Community: Have access to differentiated deal flow
   • Track Record: Already investing or would if capital was accessible. Want to invest in pre-seed and seed companies that will become unicorns, companies that will achieve a ≧$1 Billion valuation
   • Bandwidth: Whatever you see fit. That said, we find that most scouts dedicate 2–4 hours per week.

1. Thesis: pre-seed and seed community-driven companies headquartered in the US and Latin America
2. Terms: SAFEs, SAFE-Ts, Convertible Notes, Equity investments, no uncapped notes
